Multi-Links Telecommunications Limited was incorporated in 1994 as a private limited liability company under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It was licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to operate and provide telecommunications services deploying CDMA (Fixed Wireless) technology. In May 2006, the company was licensed by the NCC to provide and operate Unified Access Service in Nigeria. Its scope of operations was thereby expanded to include provision of Digital Mobile Services, Fixed Telephony Services, International Data Access Services and National Long Distance Services.
